This is a <strong>voluntary choice<\/strong>: Valle Esina S.p.A. is not among the entities legally required to provide digital accessibility.<\/p>\n<section id=\"ve-a11y-volontario\" class=\"ve-a11y-page__section\" aria-labelledby=\"ve-a11y-h-volontario\">\n<h2 id=\"ve-a11y-h-volontario\" class=\"ve-a11y-page__heading\">Why this is a voluntary statement<\/h2>\n<p>Legal requirements on web accessibility apply to:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ve-a11y-page__list\">\n<li>public administrations and equivalent bodies (Italian Law 4\/2004, the \u00abStanca Law\u00bb);<\/li>\n<li>private entities offering services to the public with average turnover over the last three years <strong>above EUR 500 million<\/strong> (Law 4\/2004, art. 3, paragraph 1-bis);<\/li>\n<li>economic operators under Legislative Decree 82\/2022 (EU Directive 2019\/882), which <strong>expressly excludes micro-enterprises<\/strong> providing services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"ve-a11y-soglia\" class=\"ve-a11y-page__section\" aria-labelledby=\"ve-a11y-h-soglia\">\n<h2 id=\"ve-a11y-h-soglia\" class=\"ve-a11y-page__heading\">Our situation<\/h2>\n<p>Valle Esina S.p.A. is an industrial B2B company with an informational website about regenerated leather and fibreboard. It is <strong>not a public administration<\/strong>, does not run B2C e-commerce on this site, and is <strong>below the EUR 500 million turnover threshold<\/strong>. It is therefore <strong>not subject to mandatory digital accessibility obligations<\/strong>, nor to the formal accessibility statement required of public bodies.
